SHIPPING POLICY

Q. What is your Shipping Policy?

All orders over $75 are free to the 48 continental U.S. States.

Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

This offer applies only for standard ground shipping. Additional charges apply for express shipping. Standard delivery usually arrives within 4–9 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–2 days of handling time.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday–Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

       • You may choose the UPS shipping method that you prefer. (For example: GROUND, 2nd DAY AIR, NEXT DAY)

       • Order arrival date can change depending on what shipping method you choose.

 

SHIPPING METHOD

Orders require 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) begin processing the next business day. Please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery.

 

We will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

UPS STANDARD SHIPPING

Typically, 5-10 business days from order date to arrival.

UPS 2ND DAY SHIPPING

Typically, 3 business days from order date to arrival.

UPS NEXT DAY SHIPPING

Typically, 2 business days from order date to arrival.

 

Please note, we allow ourselves an additional 5 days to conduct investigation of suspicious purchase. If we do so, the above will not represent accurate shipping estimates.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS/REFUNDS

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return within 30days from the date your order was originally received.
  • All items must be returned new, unused and with all Smoke Rise Original garment tags still attached.
  • All regular priced items are subject to a refund. Final Sale Items may not be returned.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
  • Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

To qualify for free return shipping, your return must arrive at Smokeriseny.com within 14 days of the date you received it. Please allow 7days transit time.

Please note: Packages received at Smokeriseny.com after 15 days will incur a $10 fee, which will be charged at the time of your return.  

 

 

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. 

Please note that refunds can take up to 7 to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
